The toastmaster of the occasioi V/as the Newberry Herald and News -*#The table was laden with all politica 1 delicacies common to such an occa sion. At the opposite enc , of the table the venerable Laurens ville Herald took up position neai the "silly-bub" tank and coffee pot.
