The Reinforced Concrete Pipe Co., has completed its contract for making the piping" for the sewerage system. The commissioners of public works are shoving the laying of the pipe and other work in connection therewith. It is the desire of all that the entire system be completed before summer and the outlook is that it will be done. Engineer Olmstead, whc is at the head of the excavating, laying sewers, connecting mains etc , is not permitting the verdure to expand under the gunboats at the extremities of his perambulatory members.
