On We' nesday afternoon, December 23, at 6:30 o'clock, at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr and Mrs James Epps, near town, Miss Bertha Epps was united in the boly bonds of wedlock to Rev Ethan Zula James. The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr Jam?* Epps and * ?k -* m ? i i * , js a young May or many auracuous of mind and person. The groom is a well known aud popular young member of the Methodist Conference. The ceremony was performed by Ber W Smith Martin of Jonnsfcon, assisted by Rev Henry Cauthen.
