The deceased Was a Mason in good standing, u useful mem ber, of the Church, and a valued and loved citizen, and main there are to i.egfet the extinguishment of his lamp of life. Our oldest citizens are gener ally nur best, and it is a melancholy thing to see them thus passing away. Mr. Dukes lr.nl mi re than half com pleted his three-score of years. Jfeguescat in pace. He leaves a wife and live children. We sympathize with his relatives and friends.
