I T’S easy to have fun wrapping Christmas packages if you’l] make them original. Here are some ideas which may lead to even more wrappings, created by you. They’ll make nice wrap- THIS WEEK'S RECIPE Fruit-Nut Bars (Makes SO bars) % cup sifted flour 1 cup sugar Va teaspoon baking powder % teaspoon salt tt cup corn oil 2 eggs, unbeaten % teaspoon vanilla 1 cup dates, finely cut 1 cup chopped nuts Mix and sift the first four ingredients. Make a well and add in this order: oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add dates and nuts; mix well. Turn into greased, shallow baking dish (11 x <7 x IVz inches). Bake in a moderate, (350°F.) oven 35 to 40 min utes.
