Mr. Bryan Jennings returned to Ridge Springs yesterday, after Mr. J. O. Patterson, city clerk; Mrs. Patterson, Mrs. Fannie Kate McCain and Mrs. C. K. Epting had a narrow escape Wednesday after noon of last week when the car in which they were riding suddenly left the Edgefield-Augusta highway between the two cities and over turned in a ditch. No on could ex plain how the accident happened.
