Tired of Paying Railroat Tax. The people of three townships in the Fork section' of Lexington County aic looking in the matter of repudiating the township bonds issued for the building of the Columbia, Newberry and Laurens railroad. It seems now that the payment of the interest on the .bonds for this year has been refused, and the whole u-atter will doubtless soon be in the courts. The people intend to fight the matter out and see if they are legally required to pay this tax, which they say is a heavy burden upon them. Knittlig MIIlltockhmolciers.
