Columbus, 0., June 20.-With Gover nor Cox confined to his bed at his home near Dayton by illness, no offi cial at the State capitol would express himself authoritatively as to the gov ernor's probable action in response to the resolution adopted today by the lower house of the general assembly reiuesting the chief executive to take steps to prevent the Willard-J em psy prize fight in Toledo July 1.
