Miss Annie Moore of Donalds is spending some time with her aunt Miss Ada Hasor. Mrs George Anderson of Coronaea has been In the community for some time visiting relatives at Cross Hill and Mountvillo. Hatch ford went over to Chester last week to see his sister who litis been sick for some time. Rev. J. A. Martlil has bought the NoffZ place which was sold last sales day and bid off by Mr. Davenport. This property lies in the town of Cross Hill and consists of seventy-live acres of land woll improved with necessary building, etc. It is there fore; a valuable purchase. Mr. W. T. Austin, we are glad to state, Is still improving and hopes to bo out again in a few days. His many friends wll 1)0 glad to seo his smiling face und enjoy his pleasant words as of yore. Mr. Luther Martin is adding a stock of furniture* to his mercantile busi ness and will compete for his share of trade In this line.
