The meeting wat called to order by President A. C. Todd who stated Us object, adding that he wished to retire as president of the club, having served in this ea pacity since the organization nt' tin club four years ngo. Halb?, Jr. Thus the machinery has been put in motion for the regular biennial city primary election which, according lo the club's constitution, will be held on the third TuoHday In February. In this election a candidate for Mayo: and six Alderman will be nominated by tho qualified Democratic elector: of this city for the general municipal election to be held in March. Fever Sores.
