K. Norris of Anderson county died at John Hopkins Hospital In Balti more on the L'iird inst. Ho had been in bad health for sonio time and hid gone there lor treatment. Col. Norris was a successful busi ness man and a leading farmer and had always taken an active part In all farmers movemen's He had been ac tive in State politics for a t u nber of years.
