Chalmers Fraser, the new pastor of the Presbyterian church, was formally installed in his pastorate at the morning service Sunday by a commission appointed for that purpose by Bethel presbytery. Rev. J. H. Thorn well, D. D., of Fort Mill, presided, and delivered the charge to the pastor. He also preached an able and instructive sermon, selecting as his text Gen. 21 to 24, inclusive. Rev. Joseph H. Wilson, of Bascomville, delivered the charge to the congregation.
