Women Should Know It. Many women suffer untold agony and misery because the nature of their disease is not correctly understood. They have been led to believe that womb trouble or female weakness of some sort is responsible for the many ills that beset Womankind. Neuralgia, nervousness, headache, puffy or dark circles under the eyes, rheumatism, a dragging pain or dull ache in the back, weakness or bearing down sensation, profuse or scanty supply of urine with strong odor, frequent ,1, , ....,1. burning sensation, sediment in it after standing in bottle or com in on glass for twenty-four hours, are signs of kidney and bladder trouble. The above symptoms are often attributed by the patient herself 01 by her physician to female weakness or womb trouble. IJence, so many fail to obtain relief, because tliev are treating, r.ot the disease itself, but a reflection of the primary cause, which is kidney trouble. In fact, women as well as men are made miserable with kidney and bladder trouble and hoth need the same remedy. Dr. Kilmer's Swamp-Root is the great discovery of tho eminent kidney and blader specialist, ami is easy to get at any drug store for fifty cents or one dollar. To prove its wonderful merits you m ?y have a sample bottle and book telling all about it. both sent absolutely free by mail. Eimtok:?April ! , will never be forgotten as the day on which Lee surrendered. May t), lKtV.t, will long live in the memories of those who attended the I'nited Confederate Veterans reunion at Charleston. Shortly after 111 o'clock the 'u arrived at Lancaster. One bv < i- thev con tinned to come until 1.a.caster county had a very good representation. Just before leaving t!> ? depot the "Dixie" Camp was formed in line and a beautiful banner was presented, in a few appropriate temarks by Hon. \V. C. Hough, in behalf of its donor. Miss Clara Barrett, who is sponsor for Camp "Dixie." The banner was then placed in the hands of veteran S. K. Usher. All then boarded the train and our journey began. When we reached Kershaw we were joined by Commander Jas. V. Welsh of Kershaw Camp, Col. Hough, Capt. llurnel and others. After reaching: Charleston the survivors were formed in line with instructions to await orders. Soon Capt. Welsh, Col. Hough and Commander l'orter returned with orders logo into camp. The line of march was formed and some! him? over iivn miles distant to go. in my surprise the old veterans could keep tlo< ,-tep as well as in days gone by. ijuarters reached each man was given a nice cot, blanket, fresh water and clean towels. Next morning we rose early and marched to a place fitted up as a hotel; it seated twelve hundred. Here we were well fed and well treated. This hotel is in charge of t'apt. White, a kind hearted, noble veteran. Breakfast over the line of march was again began, going to headquarters, for the purpose of gett ing badges. On .w omit of the immense crowd, the work was necessarily slow. The grand parade was begun at three o'clock. The veterans of each State were formed in divisions, each county to itself. Lancaster's place in the grand march was our right rcst/. I.O 'l'l... - ?>?> - n-ii . i inCamp carried a beautiful banner, showing Mit* |?i< t iro of a lox, indicuting the cunning of Cen. Marion for whom the county was named. As I lie veterans b*gan to pass in review, with the sponsors in carriages the cheering began. A certain beautiful banner bearing the inscription, "Dixie Camp Xo. 117Lancaster, S. <V was the subject of much applause. In the line of march could be seen many an old battle Hag shot and torn to pieces. When Thomson Memorial Auditorium on Kutledge avenue was reached, which seated twelve thousand people, the battle ilags were all placed together on the rostrums. Every seat was occupied in the immense building before the gavel fell | 1 upon t he table. One could see many old comrades ' shaking hands; and many a greetings | took place between old soldier friends who had been separated for years; < 1 while not a few tears trickled down faces, once full of life, but now grown ' old by lapse of time. ( .fust before the introduction of the j speaker, while the sweet strains of "Dixie", that grand old song so dear to every Southerner was ringing, the f Commander of ('amp "Dixie" rose and ^ waved their banner, which was followed by the waving of all the old battle llags. This brought a cheer from the thousands of old veterans that tilled the air. As the applause died away a beautiful prayer was otiered by General Capers. Prayer being over, our commander, General i Cordon, rose and introduced Gen. Geo. Morrow as speaker. These are men whom power could I not corrupt; whom defeat could not dishonor.
