I. ?All day terriflic storms have raged all over the State, particularly in the northern part, Kain and sleet have fallen here all day and the streets havo been deserted. A special to the State-Journal from Lima tells of conditions existing there, saving: The severest storm in years has prevailed here to-day, doing many thousands of dollars worth of damage to telegraph and telo pnono and electric light companies.
