Wofford is a nice and popular young man and the Cherokee Drug Co., are fortunate in securing his services. Mr. D. L. Vassey, of Thickety, was in the city Monday, on business. General Chick Smith, of Clover, S. C. is in the city, visiting friends. E. P. Macomson. of Mercer, Yvas in the city Tuesday. Isaac Patrick, of Mercer, man aged to pull through the mud Tues day, and transact business in the city. Jones returned to the city Monday, after a ten days absence. F. G. Stacy was in Charlotte, Mon day, on business. Jolly Cliff Clary from Sunny-side, was in the city Saturday.
