The Grand Jury, therefore, recommend that the County Commissioners pro ceed Immediately to employ able and competent counsel to enforce the col lection of all defalcations in the county fund* and who shall further take cog nisance of the claim of Barnwell County against the county of Aiken, Being the proportionate share of tbe past Indebtedness of Barnwell County du* by that portion of Aiken excised from Barnwell and In an estimate, matte by Mr. B.
