Richard Sanders and Rose Simmons wore acquitted of the charge of adul tery amt fornication. The case of the State va. Winfield and Sirah Barker for cow stealing was nut concluded at the hour of adjournment. On Wednesday the trial was con tinued and the defendants were found not guilty. The Grand Jury brought in a true hill against Henry Kirklamt for forgery, made theii final present ment, which will be found in our edi torial columns, and were discharged. The trial of O. D. A. Wilson, Esq., charged with the murder of Titus Hay, colored, came next. A large at tendance showed publiciotereat in the trial. Mr. Wilson was defended by Hubert Aldrich, Esq.
