Fred Lightsey, of Miley, presided and gave an opening address, calling attention of those present to the need of coop eration for the successful develop ment of this section qf the nation. He pointed out that the development of any particular county would help the* entire section comprising this organ ization. Mr. Lightsey introduced the first speaker, Congressman Butler B. Hare.
