Notice 1B hereby given that the Cunerul Election for United States Senator and Representatives In Con gresa will be held at the voting pre cincts fixed by law in the County of Anderson on Tuesday. November 3, 1014. s&M day being Tuesday follow ing the fi'Bt Monday, aa proscribed by the StAte Constitution. The q-ialilcatlona for suffrage aro as follows: Residence in State for two years, in the county one year, in the poll ing precinct in which the elector of fers to vote, four months, and tho payment six months before any elec tion of any poll tax then due and payable: Provided, That minister a in charge of an organised church and teachers of public schools shall bo in tit lcd to vote'after six months resi dence in the State, otherwise quall led. . i legist ration-Payment of all taxes, including poll tax, assessed and col lectable during the previous year. At tho close of the election, tho Managers and Clerk must proceed to open tho ballot boxes and count tho ballots therein, and continue without adjournment until the same la com pleted, and make a statement of tho result for each office, and sign thu name.
