Dagnall, as is his annual cus tom, went out of his usual lines in making his report, and produced great amusement by a poetic ad dress. which was directed to the bishop, embodying the hopes of Mr. Dagnall's itinerant heart. The bishop frequently requests the brethren to speak louder. In a voice which would have filled an auditorium several times larger than this he asked: "Do you hear me Bishop? I wish you to know that I can fill a large church." His remarks were punctuated by out. bursts of laughter, making one of the most. pleasant incidents of the sesbioD. OLGA NEWS.
