The new brick building of the Buck Motor Co., was making rapid strides last week toward completion. Gore died at his home in Simpson Creek township at the agie of sixty-five, on April 3rd, 1923, at 2 o'clock P. M. His death followed an illness of about fifteen days duration. The cause of his death was a severe case of pneumonia. He vpo p ?r?pr^bov of the Primitive Baptist church, in which he was.elder, and engaged in the work of the church for more than thirty years. The interment took place at tTrfe Carter cemetery in Simpson JUreek township, in the presence of a large gathering of relatives and friends. iTie funeral services were conducted by Elder B H. GETS A STILL Last week in the Jordanville section, officers made a whiskey raid and took a small still from the home of one of the citizens of that community. The outfit was a very small affair, which fitted on top of the ordinary stove or range. It was complete and made of copper in the regulation way. Warrants were issued last Tuesday for the arrest of those responsible for the still, but the names of the defendatidants had not been disclosed. o ?
