The child picked up the nail and placed it in its mouth before the nail could be taken away from it. This happened on last Saturday night. The parents watched the health of the child during the next few days and by Wednesday morning of hist week the child was not doing' well and looked r.uther bad. Then the child J was taken to the Florence hospital for X-ray treatment.
