YOUNG CHILD SWALLOWS NAIL
Mr. and Mrs. Claud Dusenbury were
frightened last week when their, little
son, 1 year old, swallowed a nail.
The child picked up the nail and
placed it in its mouth before the nail
could be taken away from it.
This happened on last Saturday
night.
The parents watched the health of
the child during the next few days
and by Wednesday morning of hist
week the child was not doing' well
and looked r.uther bad. Then the child
J was taken to the Florence hospital
for X-ray treatment. The pictures
showed that the nail could not cause
any trouble and the parents rpt lirn^rl I
j with the little boy last Wednesday
i evening' very much relieved,
