UNIVERSITY I The delay in the assignment of another vocational unit at the University of South Carolina was explained today in a telegram to President Currel from the Committee on Education, Washington, D. C. The telegram stated that the vocational section which they had expected to send to the University on November the r: a. ...... .j_i i i i.i iir.M was uemyeu ut'causv 01 uiu insufficient equipment of woolen goods. As soon as the government can supply the Commanding Officers with sufficient woolen clothing and blankets, the next vocational Training Company will be ordered to report to the University for instructions. The Committee on Education has promised to advise President Currell in the near future as to the date on which they expect to send the next vocational men to the University.
