C., at 10 o'clock A. M., on Monday the 14th oay oi February proximo,, lor the purpose of considering the recommendation of the directors, the liquidation of the corporation, the adjustment of xhe claims against it, the division of the remainder of its assets among its stockholders, and the surrender of its charter, and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting.
