Holt , and took our darling mother from us and left us with our hearts full of sorrow and trouble. She leaves oight children, four boys and four ( girls to mourn the loss. We feel like we have lost our best friend, but > our loss is her eternal gain. We . feel sure she is resting with Jesus I aud the shining angels in Heaven to day, waiting there for her dear husband and children to come to her. She was a good christian woman and was loved by everybody that knew her. She was a member of Durant M.E Church for several years. We feel sure she did her duty to the church and God.
