MEANS LAZY LIVER
A Lazy Liver Needs a Dose of Dodson's
Liver Tone- Guaranteed to
Take Place of Calomel.
Whoa your doctor looks t) see if
your tongue is coatpd, he is trying
to find out if your liver is woiking
properly . A few years ago doctors
had to prescribe calomel?there was
nothing else t) give.
Recently in many sett'ons of the
country Dodson's Liver Tone ha*
practcally taken the place of calc- ?
mel as a liver remedy. Dodson's
Liver Tone is mild, pleasant testing
and harmless?which makes it a tine
medicine for use when your children
oecome bilious and constipated. But
the most remarkable feature of Dodson's
Liver Tone is the fact that
Noitou Drug Co., who sells it, guarantees
it absolutely. The druggist
will return your money without argument
if a bottle fails to give entire
satisfaction.
Price, 50 cents. We suggest that J
you get a bottle tcday and have it

OBITUARY.
l
On August 17th, the death angel
visited the home of Mr. W. F. Holt ,
and took our darling mother from us
and left us with our hearts full of
sorrow and trouble. She leaves
oight children, four boys and four (
girls to mourn the loss. We feel
like we have lost our best friend, but >
our loss is her eternal gain. We .
feel sure she is resting with Jesus I
aud the shining angels in Heaven to
day, waiting there for her dear husband
and children to come to her.
She was a good christian woman and
was loved by everybody that knew
her. She was a member of Durant
M.E Church for several years. We
feel sure she did her duty to the
church and God. We pray to G jd
to bless and help us to meet her in
Heaven, whore we can live together
again, where there will be no more
sorrow, paiting or pain. |

What She Couldn't Understand.
A charity export was talking about
charity. "It's altogether erroneous,
tho prevalent Idea of the rich man's
callous, stupid attitude in tho face of

Idea is illustrated well In the
story of Mrs. Qobsa Golde, to whom a
charity worker said: 'Thousands of
poor people froezo to death evory wintor.'
'Dear mo!' Mrs. Oobsa Golde replied,
