C., attended couit this week with a number of witnesses, for the fourth term of the court, at which he hoped to try Archie M Hardee on a charge 1 of calling him out from his house t about a year ago, or more, and tir- < ing on him from the dark, foriunatomissing him. Should he return the matter will be taken up again. Teachers' Examination. Tho next regular teachers' exami-| nat on will be held at the Court House in Conway, Friday, Get. 3rd, 11)13.
