It jwill bring on a great fight between the railroads and their oppononts in the Legislature. It will be found opposed by many lawyers in both branches of the assembly, these lawyers no doubt, being now we migh oay, a part and parcel of the railroads coin panies' working forces, having been retained by them In one capacity or apolher. It is said that a bill will be introduced in the Legislature to einuow i er grand juries to swear all wi^eas i es called before them in their inyes- ^ tigation of indictments.
