We have it on good authority thai the managers of the Conway Tobacco Warehouse will be prepared to obtain the highest market prices for its patrons. It is now up to the enpif talists to say whether this enter* prise shall or shall not be. That the streets of Conway are in better condition now than they have been is evidenced by their condition during and immediately after the heavy rains we have had during the latter part of last week and the tirst of this. This is accounted for on the hypothesis that the streets have been intelligently worked and the drainage greatly improved.
