Miss ltannie. had lived a quiet and lonely life for quite a number of years Our hearts were made to ache when Ood suddenly I called her wav from earthly scenes I and hopes ami joys, With saddened hearts and tear stain eyes we yielded her loved form to the cold embrace 1 for we realized the sad feeling of I parting with a dear one earth never I to meet in this life attain, although we feel satisfied thai our loss is her eternal train. She was laid to rest in thp lichoboth cemetery on May the 14th. She leaves six daughters, I a number of grandchildren and a host of friends to mourn her loss. She 'had been married twice. She i first married Mr. Hucy Stevens and to them were born :?children. After his death she married Mr. Watson I Herrin and to them were born four children. This oood woman connected herself with the Missionary Baptist church in early life.
