Now that the Legislature is in session everybody is wondering what will be done with the dispensary, and if ii should happen that then is no legislation on the subject this time, many people will be disao pointed. If the people luive, any petitions to submit to our delegation in the Legislature about needed legislation now is the time to send them in while it is time for the Representatives to do something. Send them in late and you will be disappointed. The State Supreme Court has declared the "Hrice Law" constitutional, except that part which refers to the school fund, which is rejected, and "those counties which now have dispensaries must share their school fund with those counties which have no dispensaries." The decision was unanimous.
