If there were no dram-drinking, there would lie no druukarde, no broken-hearted wives ami beggared children, no waste of property and money, no woes and sorrows, no kin dling of the diabolical passions into a flams, no quamdiufc, and fighting, and law suits, and ebureh discipline, nnd i>arental solicitude—uo rain of ImhIv and soul to all eternity, sutail ed by drinking. Does it not argue the love of it! Do we flrink it to do us good, or because it is good !
