Dr MeLeoad has received two invitations to supply Nova Scotia n churches during tho summer; one J to St James church at Halifax, the other to St Andrew's church at Picton. The pastor of St James t church has been elected professor * in Dalhousie university at Hali- 1 fax. 1 During Dr McLeod's absence, Kev C A Jones will preach alter- J nately at tho Baptist church and at | tho school auditorium for the Pres byterians. He will preach next Sunday morning and night at tho auditorium. On the fourth Sun day he will preach at the regular hours, morning and night, at tho J Baptist church, and at night the' ordinance of Baptism will be ad- 1 ministered to the new members, \ The tirst Sunday in August he will again preach at the Auditor iura; and so on, alternating each ' Sunday.
