After more than twenty years of faithful service to his master, old "Ball," the favorite saddle liorse of Mr. Alleu Deas, on last Saturday succumbed to an acute attack of typhoid pneumonia, and all that was immortal of him is now in horse heaven. No more will his light frame be call ed upon to uphold the un wieldly bulk of his master. No more will the call of the fox horn stir liis sluggish blood to frantic uc' Uvity.
