The quota for the 1954 appeal is $1,750,000, or approximately ten per cent of the colleges’ combined operating bud gets, it was announced here today by John W. Hanes, National Cam paign Chairman and Vice-Presi- f dent, Olin Industries, Inc. Waddell, Chairman, New York City Women’s Division, and Mrs Louise Morris, Chairman, Uptown Division.
