Ml Reeves vs. The Atlantic Coast Line railroad company, which \va« tried at Walterboro about one year, aro. This case gre •• out of the killing of a horse, at Adam* .nun, belonging to Mr. Reeves. The Cir cuit Court rendered a decision in favor rf th^xplaintiff. The defen dant appealed and the Supreme Court has sustained the decision of the Circuit; Court. The amount of the judgment awarded is 1288.00.
