Ray of Yonngs Island who died in Charleston this morn ing In a not pita!, will be brought to this city for burial. Tbe funeral services will be conducted from the residence of Mrs. T. B. Bryant on Russell street on tomorrow morn ing at 9 o’clock. The body will be t-uried at Sunoyside cemetery. Mr Ray was a brother of Mrs Thomas B. Ifrvant. Ruffin, Sept. 10—Special: There was a Sundae school picnic held at Shiloh last Friday, given by the Sunday-school. There were about 600 peraoas present who enjoyed the day to the fullest extent.
