Barrow of Clemaon College will con duct a Fanner’s Institute for Colie- ton County January 6 at Lodge and 7th and Kth at Walterboro. it is deemed wise to change the date of the next Countv Union meeting from Saturday, January 1 to Satur day. January 8. in order that the Union may attend the Institute. At the conclusion of the Institute an executive session of the Union will be. held. Professor Barrow having ex* pressed a wish that the Institute meetings be held, if possible, at different places in the county- President Padgett has arranged for the first day Thursday, January 6. to be at Lodge under the auspices of the Lodge local. The other two days, Friday and Saturday. January 7 and 8, will be at Walterboro.
