Ackerman at the home, after which her body was laid to rest in the Gruber burying ground. You don’t know how it pained me to hear this, as it wits improving so much when I left home. It seems as if some cannot set* and realize the repeated and earnest efforts of your president as well as those who are trying to improve. I myself miss those meetings very much, and al though 1 have not l>een able to meet with you in a long while, and guess I won’t for a much longer time still 1 often think of you all, still feel deeply interested in your progress. 1 hope soon to hear a more desirable account of it.
