To the Laurens Advertiser: We hereby extend an invitation to the sage of Scuffletown and the hero of Jacks township to be present at our May Festival and meet ’Tube Rose” of “Rum Gulley,” and “Daisy Bell” of Hardescramble. But we will warn the editor of ye Advertiser that these ladies are not to be en ticed to Laurens county to live, also. money is contributed if it is “gore aft^jr.” Hope Cofteton will give not less than $250.00. * Yours very tub’, - William E.
