There was cake of the finest kind and plentious in number, besides varions other things. After dinner the young folks went to ride, some to walk and some boat riding. After an evening of social en joyment and hours of fun, all the young folks scattered about and made up a sociable or dance whichever you migh please to term it. There was about twen ty-five present at the dance amd all seemed to enjoy themselves. The dance lasted till nearly one o’clock. Among tho?e present w’ere: Mess.
