The name of this concern that ships out of Saint Helena sound hss been The Charleston Lumber Company It has been sold to the Wesmore- land Lumber Company cf Nor folk, Va., for $051,000. The transfer of the real estate, timber rights, rights of way, etc., is be ing recorded by ,the Clerk of Court. The property is situated in Beaufort, Hampton and Col leton counties, principally in the latter. The Wesinorelaml Company has made the Citizens Bank of Nortolk tiustee and has made over to a first mortgage o( the property, the bank will float bonus to the amount of $475,0C0.
