transfer of the real estate, timber
rights, rights of way, etc., is be
ing recorded by ,the Clerk of
Court. The property is situated
in Beaufort, Hampton and Col
leton counties, principally in
the latter.
The Wesinorelaml Company
has made the Citizens Bank of
Nortolk tiustee and has made
over to a first mortgage o( the
property, the bank will float
bonus to the amount of $475,0C0.
It is thought that this deal will
enable the business of this mill
to be pushed even more vigor
ously than it has been in the past.
