Collkton County, 8. C. To A E Stokes. By the laws of this State, all Execu tors and Admlnistiators are required to return to the Coutt of Probate, from which they desire their letters or thority, a just and true inventory and ap praisement of the Estates committed to their charge. And all Executors, Ad ministrators and Guardians are required to make an annual return of the moneys received and expended, end of ell acts done in tie performance of their res pective trusts; and it is made the duty of the Probate Judge of the respective Counties to enforce the performance of these duties whenever they are neglected. On reference to the Records of this office, relating to the Estate of J R Stokes I find that no returns of Estate of J R Stokes has been returned by you as administrator of said Estate for the years 1901, 1902, 1903, 1904, 1906 and 1906. In performance therefore ot my doty as Probate Judge, and by virine of the authority reeted in me by the laws of the State, I hereby cite and admonish you to render before me, a jnst, fall and true account of your actings and doings receipts and expenditures, and of alj other matters relating to your sdminis ( trstion of the said Estate on 27th of Dec* 1906. * Given under my hand and the seal of the court of probate, thle 24th day of October, Anno Domini, 1906.
