BAILEY DEFEATS CARLISLE. , Green Cadets Ontpiint the Bamberg Eleven. In a game of foot ball here Friday afternoon, Bailey defeated Carlisle school 14 to 0. It was a thrilling contest and one of the best played here in years. The first touchdown came in the first three minutes of play. An exchange of punts between Williams and Cooper put the ball on Carlisle's ten yard line. Lilliard passed to Rice, who went over the goal line, Cooper kicking goal. The second touchdown was registered in the last minute of play. Lilliard in tercepted a pass near his own goal line and ran 80 yards for a touchdown. Cooper kicked goal. The inability of the locals to return Cooper's long punts is largely responsible for their defeat. Carlisle threatened to score several times and played Bailey a tight game all the way through. ^1 n^ ORNAN LODC% NO. 38, A. F. M. The regular meeting of Oman lodge, No. 38, A. F.
