Knowing that each member of our organization will wish a word from us at this time and as an ac- knowledgment of the messages of sympathy and loyalty received from every one, we wish to say that the founders of the busniness built it on such a rockbed foundation of honest integrity and good will that not even the passing of our dear President, Mr. Horace E. Dodge, will in the slightest degree affect the continuity or policies of the business. In faithful accord with his wish, every policy and principle around which the business has grown will continue to dominate it for all time, and under thd express authority of the owners of the business we wish to say there will be no pause nor hesitation. The business will be continued as John and Horace Dodge had planned. The plant goes^on. * Dodge Brothers. W; P. FRANKLIN, DEALER, Barnwell, South Carolina.
