The People wishes once more to re mind the voters of Barnwell County that in order to vote in the coming primary elections they must put their names on the club rolls—and the time is growing very short. The books close on Tuesday, July 25th, and af ter that date no voter will be enrolled. As we have pointed out before, the fact that a man wrolled two years ago does not entitle him to vote in the primaries of 1916. The rules of the party require .enrollment every , two years.
