Have You Enrolled?
The People wishes once more to re
mind the voters of Barnwell County
that in order to vote in the coming
primary elections they must put their
names on the club rolls—and the time
is growing very short. The books
close on Tuesday, July 25th, and af
ter that date no voter will be enrolled.
As we have pointed out before, the
fact that a man wrolled two years
ago does not entitle him to vote in
the primaries of 1916. The rules of
the party require .enrollment every
, two years.
If you have not already done so,
Mr. Voter, go to your club secretary
TODAY and sign your name on the
enrollment book. You have to do.
this in person and cannot delegate
another in your place.
