Mike Brown has resigned the Presiden cy of the Seaboard Construction Com pany, of Savannah, which was organ ized w itb a capital of $300,000, being in- erfased to half a million, to build the Middle Georgia and Atlantic Railway. ” The entertainment in the Opera House Friday evening was a double success. There will be a marriage soon. Look out for a dream paper. Medical Meeting. The quarterly meeting of the County Medical Association was held in Barn well on Tuesday. Eighteen me.inbpr* were present, being the best attendance yet reached. Good health was reported as universal throughout the County, and the doctors are all enjoying their welcome rest. Dr. Morrall, vice-president, presided. Essays were read on subjects announced at the previous meeting. Drs. L. C. Stephens, Martin Bellinger and Geo. W. Morrall were elected for recommen dation to the Governor for appointment as Medical Examiners to pass upon the. diplomas of graduates iu medicine. Resolutions#!' sorrow for the death of Dr. H. W.
